Job Title: Qualified/Senior Social Worker - Older People

At Randstad Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Older People and Disabilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs, particularly older individuals and those with physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of service users and develop personalized care plans to enhance their independence, well-being, and quality of life.
  • Coordinate access to services that meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience in adult social care, particularly with older adults and individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
