Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Remote Opportunity

Salary: Competitive £22,000 - £24,000 per year

Contract Details:

- Contract Length: 10 months

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Working Pattern: Full Time (Flexible Hours)

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic Sales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recording customer information and offers in our CRM database.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer requests and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting the Sales team in tracking ongoing enquiries and managing outstanding demo loans.
  • Creating offers in our ERP system and ensuring effective communication with clients.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
