- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as sale agreements and property reports.
- Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, and colleagues.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to conveyancing matters.
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of property law and legal terminology related to conveyancing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused attitude.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
