About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Property Lister to join our team at Bairstow Eves in Hornchurch. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner to build rapport
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate terms of sale or let
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the best possible results for clients
Requirements
  • Experience in estate agency, preferably as a Lister, Valuer or Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the local property market and regulations
  • ARLA – NFOPP qualification or willingness to obtain
