Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
  • Leading by example, delegating tasks, and exceeding performance and targets set.
  • Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their careers.
Requirements

To succeed as a Lettings Manager, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in lettings management, branch management, or a senior lettings negotiator role.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving license.
