Trainee Lettings Negotiator

What You'll Do:- Market properties to potential tenants and negotiate offers
- Arrange and conduct property viewings to showcase our properties in the best possible light
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping to drive business growth
- A competitive OTE of £25,000 per year
- Uncapped commission to reward your hard work and dedication
- A company car to make your daily commute easier
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
- Enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre for industry-leading training
