Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing lettings agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and finalize lettings agreements with clients
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Estate Agency team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in lettings or sales within the Estate Agency sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
