Human Resource Partner Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Partner to join our team at Triangle Housing Association. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring the effective management of our workforce and the delivery of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
- Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment and selection process for all job vacancies, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the market.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure that our organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- HR Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Reporting and Returns: Prepare and submit HR-related reports and returns to relevant stakeholders.
- Equality and Diversity: Develop and implement strategies to promote equality and diversity in the workplace.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field, such as CIPD or SHRM.
