Human Resource Partner Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Triangle Housing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering a modern, high-quality HR service that is innovative and responsive to our needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver business objectives and improve employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent Level 5 qualification in HR)
  • At least 3 years' recent experience in an HR Generalist role, with at least 2 years' experience managing a team.

What We Offer

  • Full-time role (37 hours per week) with a salary of £39,570 - £42,754
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home
  • 33 days annual leave (including public holidays)
