Our extremely busy, well established, manufacturing Client in the County Fermanagh area, is keen to appoint an experienced HR Officer. This is a new, permanent, HR job, within an experienced and well established HR team of 4.
The successful HR Officer will enjoy supporting a large headcount across the business, advising on policies, procedures, investigations etc.. In addition to HR generalist support, the HR Officer will also play a key role in the learning & development activities of the business. This will include coordination of internal and external training, apprenticeship programmes and liaising with Schools/Colleges/Universities for career fairs etc.

**The Role**:
- Provide operational HR support to Line Managers
- Maintain accurate HR records
- Provide end to end recruitment support
- Advise and support Managers on employee relations issues
- Provide HR employment advice and guidance
- Deliver inductions to new starts
- Conduct exit interviews
- Manage probation and performance management process
- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of HR processes, policies and procedures
- Coordinate and support learning and development programmes and initiatives
**The Person**:
- CIPD qualified, or working towards this
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent HR experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Experience of advising on HR policies and procedures
- Good communication
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
