Human Resource Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Liaison to join our team at Triangle Housing. As an HR Liaison, you will be responsible for handling sensitive HR matters, partnering with different teams, and delivering a modern, high-quality HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance to staff members.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent Level 5 qualification in HR)
  • At least 3 years' recent experience in an HR Generalist role, with at least 2 years' experience managing a team.

  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home
