Saturday Showroom Host Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a Saturday Showroom Host to join our team at JCT600 Brooklands, where you will be responsible for welcoming and looking after our specialist brand customers. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all customers receive a professional and courteous welcome, providing excellent customer service in line with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.
- Assist with refreshments and ensure the comfort of customers while they are on site.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to answer sales and service enquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing areas to maintain our desired image.
What We Offer:
