About the Role

FIND, a specialist staffing business, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically promote skills and learning solutions to employers, fostering long-term relationships with organisations across the UK.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth targets, including key client account growth and new business acquisition.
  • Effectively communicate the value of Apprenticeship programs to diverse audiences and stakeholders, including employers, educators, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in working in a B2B sales role in a private education environment, with a proven track record of driving and closing a sales pipeline through a solution-selling approach within the Public Sector.
  • Preferred: Experience in selling leadership and management programs and/or data and digital transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of the Skills and Apprenticeship landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving business growth targets.
