Job Overview
Objective
The Manufacturing and Supply Chain division is in the process of deploying Oracle Cloud applications throughout its internal manufacturing facilities. This initiative is a crucial element in the digital transformation of comprehensive processes within the division, aiming to standardize best practices across the global organization while enhancing efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
The PMO will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful deployment of the global ERP solution across the network.
Key Responsibilities
PMO Oversight:
Assist in the creation and execution of the PMO framework throughout the program. Establish and maintain a centralized repository for project documentation. Proactively identify and escalate issues according to the Governance structure. Aid in the development of a standardized methodology and deployment templates for implementation at each site.Project Coordination and Implementation:
Oversee the program plan, ensuring that updates are managed and changes communicated effectively to all stakeholders. Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to outline dependencies, deliverables, and timelines. Manage the RAID log, ensuring all risks are documented and addressed appropriately.Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement:
Take charge of coordinating all Programme Governance meetings by preparing and organizing content, facilitating discussions as necessary, and documenting actions and decisions. Establish a consistent reporting schedule that provides clear and transparent updates. Monitor deliverables across the team, highlighting issues as needed. Ensure effective and timely communication between the program team and site teams. Engage in proactive stakeholder management to support decision-making and the successful delivery of the program.Training and Capacity Building:
Support site-level PMOs/SILs in creating a community of practice and ensuring a uniform approach. Provide training and assistance to various team members on PMO processes and tools as required. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.Project Quality Assurance:
Conduct project reviews, post-implementation evaluations, and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for enhancement. Implement project management practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and methodologies.Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with ERP or similar system implementations. Strong project management capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, both independently and collaboratively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building successful partnerships. Effective change management skills. Confidence in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels. Ability to interact across functions and communicate collaboratively in a complex environment. Proficiency in English is essential.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a global business context. Knowledge of best practice compliance within a pharmaceutical setting.Additional Notes:
