About the Role

Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced Portfolio Senior Manager to join their growing client services team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a practice that prioritizes the development and progression of its workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of clients, managing their day-to-day financial requirements and identifying opportunities to up-sell and add additional services.
  • Deliver an exceptional service, building long-term relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio across various industries, ensuring a unique and challenging experience every day.
  • Support and lead on training and guidance for the team, delivering on your portfolio and across the wider Accounts business.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage your own workload, budgeting, and reporting, with regular updates to the Partners.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of servicing a large portfolio of clients, maintaining relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deliver to financial and non-financial stakeholders, as well as internal teams.
  • The drive and ability to produce results, with a growing firm offering widening opportunities.
  • A Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA) with a solid amount of experience post-qualification.
