About the Role
Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Director to lead a portfolio of clients and manage their day-to-day financial requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to up-sell and add additional services from across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of clients and manage their financial requirements, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Proven track record of servicing a large portfolio of clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA) with a solid amount of experience post-qualification.
