Job Overview

Purpose of the Role

The Manufacturing and Supply Chain division is undertaking the implementation of Oracle Cloud applications across its internal production facilities. This initiative is a crucial element in the digital transformation of the comprehensive processes within the division, aiming to standardize best practices globally while enhancing efficiency, compliance, and productivity.

The PMO will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful deployment of the global ERP solution throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Oversight:

Assist in the development and execution of the PMO framework across the program. Create and maintain a centralized repository for project documentation. Proactively escalate issues according to the Governance structure. Aid in establishing a standardized approach and deployment templates for execution at each site.

Project Coordination and Implementation:

Oversee the program plan, ensuring updates are managed and changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders. Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to outline dependencies, deliverables, and timelines. Manage the RAID log, ensuring all risks are identified and addressed appropriately.

Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement:

Take charge of coordinating all Programme Governance forums by preparing and organizing content, facilitating discussions as needed, and documenting actions and decisions. Establish a consistent reporting schedule that provides clear and transparent updates. Monitor deliverables across the team, promptly flagging any issues. Ensure effective and timely communication between the program team and site teams. Engage in proactive stakeholder management to support decision-making and the successful delivery of the program.

Training and Capacity Building:

Support site-level PMOs and SILs in creating a community of practice and ensuring a standardized approach. Provide training and assistance to various team members on PMO processes and tools as necessary. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Project Quality Assurance:

Conduct project reviews, post-implementation evaluations, and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for enhancement. Implement project management best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience with ERP or similar system implementations. Strong project management capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced change environment, both independently and collaboratively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building successful partnerships. Proficient change management skills. Confident in engaging and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively in a complex environment. Proficiency in English is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within a global organization. Knowledge of best practice compliance in a pharmaceutical context.

Additional Information:

Global travel may be required.
