The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Manufacturing and Supply Chain Division, supporting the Strategy & Transformation workstream plans. The successful candidate will work closely with international project teams, leveraging their expertise to drive project success.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Programme Manager in developing and implementing project activities aligned with strategic and transformation goals.
  • Setting up project governance and ensuring change management skills and processes are in place in alignment with the PMO function.
  • Tracking progress status for individual workstreams within projects, including milestones, actions, and KPIs.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to collect, collate, and analyse KPI data to produce monthly and weekly performance reports.
  • Working with the Transformation Workstream Lead and Finance on managing and reporting the project budget, including accurate financial forecasts.
  • Ensuring benefits tracking is in place and well-evidenced to ensure optimal financial results.
  • Providing administrative support to the Programme Manager and Transformation Work Stream Leads, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of records.
  • Providing direct support for selected projects/programmes, including coordination of meetings, capturing meeting minutes, consolidating actions, and reminder notifications.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with adaptability.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to research and analyse key information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Significant experience in project management, with a focus on budget management and reporting.
  • Administrative and clerical procedures, such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.

Desirable skills include:

  • SharePoint.
  • Project Server/Project Online.
  • Knowledge of project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • An understanding of project management in the manufacturing industry.

Occasional global travel may be required for this role.
