The OpportunityAs a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the management of Dechra's Manufacturing and Supply Chain Division's Strategy & Transformation workstream plans. You will work closely with international project teams, supporting the development and implementation of project activities that align with our strategic and transformation goals.
Role Responsibility- Support the Programme Manager in the development and implementation of project activities.
- Set up project governance and ensure change management skills and processes are in place.
- Track progress status for individual workstreams, including milestones, actions, and KPIs.
- Liaise with stakeholders to collect, collate, and analyse KPI data for monthly and weekly performance reports.
- Work with the Transformation Workstream Lead and Finance on project budget management and reporting.
- Ensure benefits tracking is in place and well evidenced.
- Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and Transformation Workstream Leads.
- Support selected projects/programmes, including coordination of meetings, capturing meeting minutes, and consolidating actions.
We are looking for a team player with flexibility, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be detail-oriented, able to research and analyse key information, and proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office. Significant experience in project management, project budget management, and administrative procedures is essential.
DesirableSharePoint, Project Server/Project Online, knowledge of project management in the pharmaceutical industry, and an understanding of project management in the manufacturing industry are desirable skills.
