The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our Manufacturing and Supply Chain Division. The successful candidate will assist in the management of our Strategy & Transformation workstream plans, working closely with international project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and organizational skillset, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Project and other relevant software.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Programme Manager in the development and implementation of project activities that align with our strategic and transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with the Workstream lead to establish project governance and ensure effective change management processes are in place.
  • Track progress status for individual workstreams within projects, including milestones, actions, and KPIs.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to collect, collate, and analyze KPI data to produce monthly and weekly performance reports.
  • Work with the Transformation Workstream Lead and Finance to manage and report on project budget, including accurate financial forecasts.
  • Ensure benefits tracking is in place and well-evidenced to optimize financial results.
  • Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and Transformation Workstream Leads, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of records.
  • Provide direct support for selected projects/programmes, including coordination of meetings, capturing meeting minutes, and consolidating actions and reminder notifications.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other relevant software.
  • Significant experience within project management, including budget management and reporting.
  • Administrative and clerical procedures such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.
Desirable
  • SharePoint.
  • Project Server/Project Online.
  • Knowledge of project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of project management in the manufacturing industry.

Occasional global travel may be required for this role.
