As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for deploying our engagement activity across social media, partner training & event plans and delivering virtual skin consultations for our luxury cosmeceutical brands.
Main ResponsibilitiesBrand Engagement
- Conduct introductory treatment experiences with prospective target accounts to showcase our luxury skincare products and services.
- Develop high-quality, engaging content to deliver across our social media platforms, highlighting the benefits and features of our cosmeceutical brands.
- Deliver memorable brand experiences to engage prospects and influencers, showcasing our expertise and passion for luxury skincare.
- Manage and conduct VIP treatment days, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
- Network across all account channels to support brand penetration and reputation, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Organize and attend account retailing and customer engagement events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
Training
- Develop a thorough understanding and expertise of our luxury cosmeceutical brands, championing their benefits and features to our clients and partners.
- Deliver training across the Southern region to our accounts and staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Define and deliver training to enhance retailing performance of accounts where identified, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain constant dialogue with head trainers in brand head offices to employ best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Develop remote training content where appropriate, liaising with accounts to implement and ensure seamless execution.
- Design and oversee training plans to meet the needs of accounts opened, agreeing timings and objectives with key stakeholders.
- Cultivate a family ethos in all those trained, encouraging communication and partnership to drive business growth and success.
- Maintain daily calendars, call logs, expense reports, business reporting, and any other administrative requirements key to the role.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of solid experience within the Beauty/Aesthetics industry as a therapist/training manager. The ideal candidate will have:
- Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent with advanced treatment/modality training preferred.
- Strong and passionate retail training experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Experience delivering exquisite and memorable treatment experiences to VIP guests, showcasing our luxury skincare products and services.
- Experience developing retail skills and performance amongst staff, driving business growth and success.
- Strong professional and presentation standards, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with IT, including CRM systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner, showcasing our luxury cosmeceutical brands and expertise.
- Hold a UK driving license.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about luxury skincare, spa, and delivering practical treatment training. The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Experience creating engaging social media content, including the use of Reels.
- Confident in delivering live training through social media, showcasing our luxury cosmeceutical brands and expertise.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and creative thinker, who flourishes at working independently.
- Strong communicator and ability to engage and persuade, with a passion for building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Professional and takes pride in appearance at all times, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Responsive and adaptive to changing workloads, timelines, and outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry and brand portfolio.
- Willingness and ability to travel on a daily basis in line with jointly agreed plans.
