- Develop and implement safety and support plans that empower victims to take control of their recovery process.
- Connect victims with essential resources and services, such as legal aid, counseling, and housing assistance.
- Advocate for victims' rights and ensure they are treated with dignity and respect throughout their journey.
- A deep understanding of the impact of crime on individuals and communities.
