Senior Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Client Services team as a Head of Client Services. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing and executing client account strategies, and building and maintaining senior client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client accounts, including overall growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Develop the client account strategy and lead an account team to ensure its successful execution
- Work closely with clients to ensure BJSS understands their pain points and challenges, and mobilize BJSS expertise to meet their needs
- Build, grow, and maintain senior client relationships, seeing clients face-to-face
- Develop strong links with internal BJSS functions to ensure the account is successful and meets the demands of the client
- Act as a key member of the Client Services community, driving continual improvement in how we operate and serve our clients
- Bring industry best practice, be active in the business driving new initiatives, and sell the BJSS brand at events and on social media
- Management oversight of a portfolio of accounts run by Client Service Leads
- Reporting to the Senior Leadership Group on account progress and activities
- Financial forecasting for the accounts you run and those across your portfolio
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of managing a portfolio of accounts and able to demonstrate continued account success and growth
- Experience of working in technology environments and comfortable discussing different technology approaches, platforms, and products with clients
- Experience of working in a consulting environment
- Experience of building and maintaining relationships at C-suite level
- Excellent communication skills and able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong collaboration skills and enjoy working with a wide range of people, both internally and client-facing
- Keen commercial awareness that enables you to identify and shape potential opportunities, as well as take ownership for commercials
- Strong delivery experience and able to evidence leadership of complex client engagements
