Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

My Language Connection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our language services team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing medical translation projects, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and retention
  • Oversee medical translation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with the language services team to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in the medical sector
  • Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and translation industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
