Physiotherapist - Rapid Assessment and Discharge Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the Clinical Support and Imaging Clinical Management Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in the emergency department and medical wards.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients in the emergency department and medical wards
- Gain experience working with a caseload of patients with a variety of conditions, including frail older adults, fractures, falls, and cognitive impairment
- Join a supportive team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, receiving regular supervision and appraisal to promote personal development
- Participate in structured in-service training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Person Specification
- BSc Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- HCPC registration
- Varied clinical experience as a student or Band 5 Physiotherapist
- Experience of working within a team

- Experience of delegating work to support staff
- Evidence of ability to establish relationships within a team
