Broker Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Broker Support professional to join our dynamic team at Nashrock Recruitment. As a key member of our Broker Support Team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the smooth placement of risks and providing exceptional support to our clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with brokers, underwriters, clients, and colleagues to ensure seamless risk placement
  • Prepare and review accurate MRC Slips and Endorsements in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Review and verify client and market documentation to ensure accurate submissions
  • Provide support for client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role at a Lloyd's Broker in the London Market
  • Proven expertise in creating MRC Slips and Endorsements
  • Experience in dealing with property risks, with a focus on international risks (North American exposure preferred)
