This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week, spread over 3 days. You'll have the flexibility to choose your days, and we're open to discussing the schedule that works best for you.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, sifting applications, and arranging interviews. You'll also be responsible for sending onboarding documentation, conducting Right to Work Checks, and ensuring all details are transferred to our HR Systems correctly.

You'll take full responsibility for HR administration, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company standards, policies, and procedures. You'll also organize monthly new starter inductions, manage HR paperwork, and support the HR Manager with weekly and monthly reports.

We're looking for someone with a good understanding of current employment legislation and experience working within hospitality and/or HR. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work, we'd love to hear from you.
