Arcadis Human Resources Limited is seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Bridge Design Engineers. As part of our Intern & Placement programme, you will gain hands-on experience in designing and site supervision of bridge and civil structures projects in Highways, Water, and Rail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop first-class, digital, and sustainable solutions for our clients
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, design, and site supervision of bridge and civil structures projects
  • Work closely with teams of various sizes to deliver projects spanning heritage bridge repairs to new iconic builds
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in bridge and civil structures engineering
  • Gain experience in project management, teamwork, and communication

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be working towards a degree in a relevant subject, such as BEng or MEng Structural Engineering, Civils & Structures Engineering, or Civil Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required
