Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Global Technology Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing process improvements, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions


Requirements

  • Operational Management, Process Improvement, and Resource Management skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
