About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concession Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas in the Arndale Centre. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Concession Manager to achieve store KPIs and sales targets
- Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the wider Mamas & Papas team to achieve business objectives
