Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Head of Distribution to contribute to the achievement of profitable and sustainable growth in the frame of the Allianz Trade Group strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Northern Europe specific distribution strategy focusing on Banks, Brokers, Direct Sales Force, and Digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a yearly marketing plan
- Execute Distribution elements of the Confidence to be Bold strategy
- Manage existing distribution channels
- Develop new distribution channels
- Resolve channel conflicts in favor of Allianz Trade Group
- Coordinate any changes on compensation schemes in the frame of Allianz Trade's Group strategy
- Share best practices, develop sales tools and training
- Govern all Distribution functions on regional and country level
- Take responsibility for implementation of reporting (incl. Copernicus), Group Distribution rules and service model
- Take personal responsibility in acquisition and management of top accounts, including the Deal Breakers process, and delivering the overall Commercial Budget
- Interact regularly with top customers and partners in the region
- Contribute to productivity and efficiency topics
