Job Title: Environmental and Compliance Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for environmental compliance and safety? Do you have a strong background in managing complex compliance programs and ensuring regulatory adherence? We are seeking an experienced Environmental and Compliance Manager to join our team and lead our environmental compliance and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental compliance and safety programs to ensure regulatory adherence and minimize risk
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training, audits, and inspections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance issues and improve overall performance
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure our compliance programs remain effective
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental compliance and safety, with a strong background in managing complex compliance programs
  • Proven track record of ensuring regulatory adherence and minimizing risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks
