More about your role

We are looking to recruit a Services and Lifecycle Delivery Manager on a permanent basis. Based in York, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the hard services activities on site in addition to managing sub contractors. On a daily basis, you will plan and organise PPM Programmes, the lifecycle replacement schedule and other ad hoc activities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure that a high level of technical capability is ensured on site. 

You will also be responsible for leading a managing a team of Engineers and Technicians. As well as carrying out their one-to-ones you will be expected to work with the wider team, reporting on any issues which may arise and attending training sessions when required. 

More about you

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building maintenance/ facilities management. You will also have a track record of leading and managing teams and hold a full UK Drivers Licence. In addition, you will have experience of delivering PPMs and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Guidelines. 

This role is 5 days a week on site but will also include being on call.
