About the Role

We are seeking a Services and Lifecycle Delivery Manager for a permanent position in York. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating hard services activities on-site, managing subcontractors, planning and organizing PPM Programmes, maintaining the lifecycle replacement schedule, and handling other miscellaneous tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining a high level of technical expertise on the premises. Additionally, you will lead and supervise a team of Engineers and Technicians, conduct regular performance reviews, collaborate with the broader team, report issues as they arise, and attend training sessions as needed.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in building maintenance and facilities management, demonstrate experience in team leadership and management, and hold a valid UK Drivers Licence. Proficiency in delivering PPMs and ensuring adherence to Health and Safety Regulations is necessary for this role. This position requires on-site presence five days a week, including on-call duties.
