Position Overview:
Vismo is currently experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a dynamic individual to support the Sales team as a Service Delivery Specialist. This role, based in York, involves collaborating with virtual team members in the US. The primary responsibilities include onboarding new clients, ensuring comprehensive information for order fulfilment, conducting training sessions, and managing timelines for a smooth implementation process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and proactively addressing any concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for streamlining service delivery processes, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency gains to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold service standards, ensuring that deliverables consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for issue escalation and resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges promptly and effectively.
- Performance Metrics Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of service delivery, making data-driven decisions to enhance overall performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to optimise service delivery processes.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparency throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
- Training and Development: Contribute to the professional development of the service delivery team by providing training, mentorship, and support to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in onboarding new clients within a software or technical field.

Proven ability to deliver technical support.

Strong customer service skills.

Experience with virtual collaboration.

Excellent communication skills.
