About the Service Installation Specialist Role:

Mulmar, a leading supplier and maintainer of commercial espresso coffee machines, is seeking a skilled Service Installation Specialist to join its expanding team in the North of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, planned and reactive maintenance of a wide range of commercial coffee machines and ancillary equipment. Our team provides an extensive training programme tailored to the engineer's level of electrical and mechanical knowledge and expertise, as well as full product and health and safety training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, maintain and repair commercial coffee machines and ancillary equipment to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service targets and deadlines.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
