Join Grifols as a Sales Specialist and drive the strategic promotion and sales of our products in UK hospitals (West Midlands and Wales), ensuring client awareness, engagement, and adherence to compliance standards while managing territory budgets and meeting sales targets through healthcare professional outreach and strategic planning.

**What your responsibilities will be**:

- Schedule and conduct appointments with healthcare professionals to present products.
- Effectively manage budgets and keep customer data updated in the CRM system.
- Sell a portfolio of products both clinically and commercially.
- Analyze sales and market data, monitor competitor activities.
- Adapt strategies based on developments in the medical sector.
- Promote Grifols products to current and potential clients.

- Degree in life sciences or professional healthcare qualification.
- The ABPI is necessary
- Sales skills in the healthcare sector, adept in a multichannel environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and impeccable professional ethics.
- Adaptability. Knowing how to adjust to clients' needs and organize accordingly.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Area : North and South Wales, Shropshire, Staffordshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Hereford and Worcester

Contract of Employment: Permanent position
- Attractive package including commission. Possibility to earn up to 30% of salary in targeted bonus
- Company car allowance.
- Holiday entitlement 26 days+ bank holidays +3.5 days for Christmas close down. In addition to this, you also get a gift day for the day of your birthday.
- Optional and taxable, private medical insurance with dental option, including partners and children up to age 24.
- Annual health checks.
