We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, UK. This is a permanent position with opportunities for remote work up to 3 days per week.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the pharma/biopharma industry, with a minimum of 3 years as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with sterile manufacturing, performing audits, and managing teams.
Requirements:
* 10 years' experience in pharma/biopharma
* 3 years' experience as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist
* Experience working with sterile manufacturing
* Experience performing audits
* Project Management experience
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
