**Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 Month Contract**

**Location: Cambridge, UK**

As a **Talent Acquisition Partner,** you will be responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition solutions in partnership with the Hiring Manager/ Team Manager/ HRBP and Talent Acquisition Lead to proactively identify and fill vacancies with dedicatedindividuals with the right capability and skills in a fast paced, and constantly evolving market.

We are looking for strong sourcing specialists, to source and create talent pools within **BioPharma / Pharmaceuticals**.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Aligned to designated Business area(s), Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Business Leaders, as well as HRBP's.
- Delivers the recruitment services and inputs to the formulation of recruitment strategies in partnership with colleagues, HRBPs and hiring managers to identify and fill vacancies with dedicated BioPharma individuals with the right capability and skillsin a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Ensures assigned recruitment services are following Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines
- Proactively builds and develops relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other colleagues providing consultation, project management and service delivery
- Participates in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including recruitment marketing, sourcing planning, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, hiring and onboarding
- Educates business client in the use of Interviewing approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing, and evaluating applicants
- Supports the Global Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment projects.
- Ensures 3rd party providers adhere to required procurement and policy standards
- Supporting one or more Central CoE TAq Projects locally or globally
- Hiring Expectations: 65-100 hires per year based on area supported

**Essential Experience**:

- Expert in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in a complex global environment
- Experience utilising a range of attraction channels
- Demonstrable experience in Implementing change programmes
- Highly Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information.
- Demonstrate strong Stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrate Strong Persuading & influencing skills
- Demonstrate communication and presentation skills
- Exhibit negotiation and consultation skills
- Exhibit strong project management skills

**Desirable**:

- Educated to Degree Level
- Deep understanding of pharma industry is beneficial
- Corporate/global recruiting experience in the Pharmaceutical or BioPharma industry
- Extensive knowledge of government regulations regarding employment topics in more than one geography
