A prestigious production and distribution company that creates and distributes high-profile content (scripted, unscripted, and formats) around the world has a fantastic opportunity for a TV Events Manager who is highly driven and can hit the ground running,quickly developing solid working relationships with the team and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for project management across all aspects of planning and logistics to include the delivery of trade shows, conferences, screenings, and client facing events.
**As TV Events Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering projects as briefed, ensuring the objectives are met along with high-end stakeholder management.
- Implementing the planning strategy in line with best practice
- Managing budgets effectively and provide accurate tracking and forecasting for individual projects.
- Using latest digital technologies to develop creative propositions for events and third-party acquisitions pitches.
- Managing internal teams to drive collaboration across company-wide projects to ensure all messaging is consistent
- Working with a preferred supplier list of external agencies and suppliers and effectively manage existing relationships.
- Working on the Event calendar and adapt to quick turnaround requests as required.

**We are looking for a TV Events Manager who has the following sills and experiences**:
For this role, experience as a creative events manager within a corporate environment, media company or agency with a comparative global experience is a must. You should have worked with a variety of stakeholders and managed large-scale budgets.
You will also need to be accomplished in all aspects of event technology including live event AV requirements and online delegate management software (Campaign Monitor, Eventsforce or similar)
Lastly, experience of working in the international TV marketplace and/or media industry would be desirable - especially MIPCOM.
