PA TV Metadata are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join them in generating new business from clients within the Media and Entertainment industry. You will have a passion for lead generation, management and closing, the ability towork closely with stakeholders in tailoring quotes and responding to RFPs and business tenders.

You will have experience in media/ sales with a strong network, be able to identify new product and partnership opportunities and meet and exceed quarterly new business sales targets.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Full responsibility for all PA TV Metadata new business sales activity to new clients.
- Proactively network within the industry, gleaning insight and business intelligence, and ultimately generating high quality commercial opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to diversify the customer base by type and geography.
- Ensure effective onboarding of new clients and transition of relationship into our Account Management team.
- Presenting the company’s products and services in any environment needed.
- Collaborate and constructively debate to manage projects, solve problems, and learn.
- Operating with national or blue-chip brands at decision maker level.

**What we need from you**:

- Demonstrable experience of understanding clients’ needs and the ability to translate these into successful service proposals.
- An intellectual grasp of the customer-first culture; the technical rigour to support the team to deliver results; and the curiosity to see new opportunities across the PA Media Group to find synergies and grow revenues.
- The ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills combined with personal gravitas.
- A demonstrable interest in digital technology, how it is evolving, and what it means for the future of TV content discovery.
- A media / data sales background with a strong network and industry understanding.
