The Bespoke Executive Education Team at ESCP Business School is currently looking for a Senior Manager of Business Development based at the London Campus in Northwest London.

The Senior Management for Business Development will be responsible for generating revenue and improving the profitability of the business, supporting the business's growth by supplying customized training and business solutions to stakeholders across various markets and industries. Also, working closely with the Lead for Executive Education Custom programmes and aliasing with the Finance Team.

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**
- **Essential Requirements**_
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in effective sales & business development in the Executive Education environment
- Excellent knowledge of the global corporate and professional development landscape
- Proficient in CRM tools to maintain a robust portfolio of leads
- Experience in interacting with executive clients, academics, and various key stakeholders
- International focus mindset and great awareness of cultural variety in the workplace
- Can-do attitude, i.e. problem solver rather than problem identifier. Ability to demonstrate tact, confidentiality, and discretion
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly, whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- towards work and working environment
- Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- Strong organisational, collaborative, and communication skills
- Strong ability to work with teams locally and internationally
- **Desirable Requirements**_
- French, German, Italian, or Spanish as an additional language

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide assistance in creating a comprehensive and resilient strategy for business growth.
- Discover fresh avenues for delivering tailor-made executive education programs to corporate clients, aiming to broaden the School's influence and increase its financial resources
- Establish and manage a resilient sales pipeline comprising potential clients, proactively identifying the appropriate contacts within each organization, and actively pursuing business opportunities.
- Forge meaningful connections with new and existing clients, cultivating a robust rapport by effectively diagnosing their business challenges and presenting the School's expertise as a solution to their needs.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the executive education and corporate business solution market, comprehending the School's offerings in this domain as well as the competitive landscape.
- Attain a deep understanding of the School's history, functions, and critical areas of expertise, enabling the identification of internal strengths and solutions when formulating business strategies and approaching clients.
