A vibrant growing West London based SME business are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager. This business have a turnover of £40 million with a projected turnover of £60 million within the next 2 years. They have invested in new technology and automation, enhancing their capabilities and ability to offer excellent business partnering to the business. Based in friendly offices, this is an exciting time to join them. They offer car parking, a short bus journey from the station, and the chance to work 1 day a week from home after probation. The Finance Director is keen to help develop this person to become the next Financial Controller.
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 4, take charge of the month-end process ( 5 working days), be responsible for management reporting and help business partner with the operations managers. Further duties will include budgeting and forecasting, sales and profit margin analysis, supporting strategic planning and helping with future acquisitions. You will also get involved with compliance and due diligence. Process improvement and project work. You will use the new ER reporting tool to get FP&A data to help grow and manage the business. What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, with strong month-end reporting and people management experience. SME experience is advantageous. You will have strong communication skills and be keen to grow into an FC role. What you'll get in return
Salary level £60,000 to £70,000, discretionary bonus. Ability to work 1 day a week from home after probation. Scope to be promoted to Financial Controller in the future What you need to do now
