**About the role**
- The Out of Hours Coordinator will cover all out of hours bookings that get called in.
- These clients will be wanting to book a carer, HCA, Support Worker, or Nurse to come and cover a shift.
- You will proactively then call available staff to who can work.
- Offering strong customer service to ensure the needs of the client are met along with ensuring the staff member is aware of all the details of the shift.
- This is not an on-call type role, you will be proactively working during the set hours, so will need a quiet space to work from with no interruptions as majority of the time is spent on the phone, you will also need to be able to attend training in the Whitstable office.

**About you**
- You will have an excellent telephone manner.
- You will have had experience of working in a customer focused role and able to work under pressure.
- You ideally will have worked within the care sector.
- Ability to build rapport with the clients, our internal team and field-based team.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

**You will be able to commit to**:
Mondays - 5pm - 10.30pm

**Total - 5.5 hours**

**You will also be able to pick up extra hours by covering the team annual leave / sickness**
