Your Key Responsibilities:
Support the MX Commercial Finance Team and wider Sales/Controlling teams team across many day-to-day operations including commercial planning, planning and forecasting. Working across the CFM team and Sales to ensure our quarterly commercial planning processruns efficiently and effectively Also support completing/uploading monthly forecast ensuring the simulated data is accurately reflected in the system.

Support IM Quarterly Commercial Planning
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the commercial plan templates for all MX products (Smartphone, Tablet, Wearables, NPC).
- Support FP&A manager with consolidating the commercial plans (20+ for Smartphone and more) so the consolidated plan, including revenue and weekly sell-out, can be presented to the business with short lead time.
- Support IM Sales team when they have issues/queries with the plan templates.
- Support FP&A manager to upgrade the planning templates to reflect various requirements from MX Sales and other relevant teams.

Support Forecasting/Targeting/Planning
- Support FP&A manager with preparing and uploading the simulated forecast/target data, with very tight schedule. This will require working long hours once a month.
- Support Yearly Management Planning process including prep work and upload.

Ad-hoc Supports
- Support with ad-hoc requests including updating the simulation file with the latest data.
- Collaborate closely with CFMs to support them with forecasting and planning.

What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Advance Excel skills is plus.
- Hands on experience of using ERP systems (preferably SAP) is plus.
- Ability to implement change process to streamline and make existing processes more efficient.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment, take quick and effective decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to focus on detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and work with others.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure by navigating yourself to the most suitable solution.
- Ability to learn and absorb new knowledge/skills quickly.
