**Salary**: £34,000 to £40,000 per year

We are looking for an outstanding Executive Personal Assistant to join our fabulous charity, to support our mission of ensuring that all residents of Birmingham, irrespective of their backgrounds and personal situations have access to the end-of-life and palliative care of their choice.

In this pivotal role, you will provide a wide range of confidential and discrete administrative and support services to our CEO, Simon Fuller. In addition you will support our Chair of Trustees, Dawn Ward. You will be the primary point of contact for them in respect of all day to interactions with our Hospice. In this role no two days will be the same, and you will be required to put your impeccable organisation skills to the test, to manage complex diaries and communications, ensuring that Simon and Dawn are in the right place at the right time and are suitably briefed and prepared.

You will provide governance support to Simon, Dawn and the Board, which will include organising meetings, the preparation and collation of agendas, minutes, terms of reference and reports, as well as all other governance documents that are required to ensure our charity remains compliant. You will produce and manage a range of internal and external communications, letters, reports etc, on behalf of the Exec Team and Board.

This role will involve working across our two hospice sites in Erdington and Selly Park and may involve occasional evening and weekend work.

**Requirements**:

- You will have a good standard of education, preferably with administrative and/or IT skills/qualifications at an advanced level, or equivalent experience
- You will have substantial previous experience as a PA or Personal Secretary, supporting, Executive or Director levels.

You will have excellent time management skills and be able to meet competing deadlines
