An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Trust Business Administrator to play a key role at Forward Education Trust, a growing Multi Academy Trust established in 2017 serving special schools across the West Midlands area.
The role includes a wide variety of duties which are crucial in ensuring that our schools run safely and effectively. You will become part of our friendly established central team.
- you will support meetings by ensuring room set-up is as needed and visitors are provided with relevant information and refreshments, tsking minutes if required
Key responsibilities will include;
- to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the trust and schools
- to be responsible for an efficient and effective reception and switchboard service
- to support business operations to run smoothly and efficiently
- to provide finance support to the business team
- to be responsible for managing stationery and staff room supplies
- placing orders and recording these in the finance system.
- responsible for supporting schools with Management Information Systems (Bromcom)
- supporting schools administration functions
- maintaining policy records and calendars
- liaising with schools to answer queries
- to ensure all tasks are carried out with due regard to Health and Safety
- to adhere to the ethos of the school and Academy Trust
