You will support meetings by ensuring room set-up is as needed and visitors are provided with relevant information and refreshments, tsking minutes if required.

Key responsibilities will include:

- to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the Trust and schools
- to be responsible for an efficient and effective reception and switchboard service
- to support business operations to run smoothly and efficiently
- to provide finance support to the business team
- to be responsible for managing stationery and staff room supplies
- placing orders and recording these in the finance system
- responsible for supporting schools with Management Information Systems (Bromcom)
- supporting Schools administration functions
- maintaining policy records and calendars
- liaising with schools to answer queries
- to ensure all tasks are carried out with due regard to Health and Safety
- to adhere to the ethos of the school and Academy Trust
