An exciting opportunity for a Customer Resolution Adviosr to join a well established award winning Technical provider, based in Salford Quays. You will be working within the resolutions department, managing and resolving customer queries, working withina fast pace environment.

Our client is a leading technical provider, with a great reputation on the market. They are looking for Customer Resolution Advisors to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the team. This role offers excellentcareer progression, working in a friendly and supportive team environment, within their state of the art offices based in Salford Quays.

**Description**

Duties of the Customer Resolution Advisor will be:

- Identify the root cause of issue and look for areas to improve on
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Supporting customers with a resolution
- Taking ownership
- working effectively & in a timely manner
- Understand the customers view points
- Working collaboratively with all areas of the business

**Profile**

The successful Customer Resolution Advisor will have the below skills:

- To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
- Ability to work to targets & deadlines
- Previously worked within customer resolution management
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
- Resilient

**Job Offer**

- Salary £23,000 - £25,000 DOE
