A fast-growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Leader to support our growth strategy.

**The Role**:
In this role, you should have a great network in the industry, bring in leads and be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them; and convert leads to a sale. If you also have a background in sales andknowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you. You will be to help us grow our customer base and generate new sales.

**The Person**:
You will be a self-starter, able to work without close supervision and have a successful sales record, ideally in the professional services and technology sectors. You will have experience of understanding client needs and challenges and being solution orientatedin solving those challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build long-term relationships with key contacts (CFO’s and Finance Directors) within one’s network
- Own sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs, advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, practice leads, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ need
- Maintain accurate client records on our CRM system
- Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation,Win/Loss, Age
- Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed loop between marketing and sales
- Thorough reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Personal skills and attributes**:

- Experience in generating new clients
- Experience as a Sales Leader
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Prospecting skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- At least 10 years’ experience of working as a sales professional in a professional services or technology services context
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., revenue numbers, TCV)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
